The primary editorial objective of IABS Publishing is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of business, management, and operational decisions which would be of interest to academics and practitioners. Areas of Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology, Education, Management and Leadership are welcome topics.

We began as an outlet to provide a peer reviewed journal where authors could publish without the high costs involved in publishing. Our focus, originally on management and leadership, has now expanded into areas of all business areas. We recognize that business challenges come in many forms and have similar social, cultural, business acumen, and operational challenges, to name a few.

Moving forward, IABS is focused on publishing and education. We will align with organizations and individuals to provide an avenue through low cost options to publishing or providing their courses, micro courses, skills courses, and certifications. Our focus includes opportunities for management, small business, faculty, doctoral candidates, and individuals looking to increase skills in their area of interest.
